Who We Are

Our Founding: Our Managing Member, Ryan Heckman, founded Advantage Commercial Credit Services to bring to the lower middle market a level of sophistication and service that previously was only available to much larger companies. We are committed to building successful, long-term relationships with ACCS clients and we draw on over 20 years of finance, banking and debt capital expertise when developing the best financing solutions to fuel our clients’ growth and success.

Clients We Serve: Our clients typically come to us with financing challenges that banks and other traditional commercial lending sources are simply not equipped to meet. We furnish debt capital to lower middle market clients ($5 million to $50 million in annual revenue) and our goal is to work relentlessly to find a path to "yes" for each client. This often means looking beyond traditional underwriting criteria, something that other lenders often fail to do.

Who We Are Not: Though we can assist with capital needs outside of our defined framework, it is important for prospective clients to know that we are not a broker. Nor are we an MCA or LOC provider, an ABL or a SBA lender, or an equity provider.

Ryan Heckman

Ryan Heckman

Founder

Ryan Heckman is the Founder and Managing Member of Advantage Commercial Credit Services, LLC (ACCS). Prior to founding ACCS, Ryan was with Azadian Group/Change Capital as the company’s Senior Vice President and Regional Director. In this role, Ryan was responsible for originating new opportunities to provide short-term financing to small and medium business which included bridge loans, junior lien term debt, and subordinated stretch pieces ad over-advances in conjunction with senior institutional lenders. Prior to Change Capital, Ryan held positions as Vice President of Business Development at LQD Business Finance and Vice President of Commercial Banking at Bank of America. Ryan received his B.B.A. in Finance and Management from Northwood University and his M.B.A. from Walsh College.

Kelly Moltzen

Kelly Moltzen

Administration

Kelly Moltzen has 20 years experience in administration, project management, and corporate controls. She has work experience across multiple verticals working for companies like Muller & Monroe Asset Management, Brixmor Property Group, and LQD Business Finance serving in capacities ranging from project management to Legal Affairs.

Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University with a degree in Economics. She also holds a certificate in Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
